House Margarita has 4/3 and 4/2 bedded new, and
cosy fitted studio apartments connected via terraces or small private gardens. The house is 150 meters from largest five star hotel - Croatia -, where most congresses and seminars in pre and post tourist season period in Cavtat take place, what makes our house even more attractive for more convenient accommodation. Special price arrangements could be made for larger groups attending congresses. All information regarding excursions cultural events, and cultural heritage of the area, bus and boat schedules and many others , are available and updated in house information pamphlet and can also be provided by owners.
Each apartment is equipped with: Small kitchenette in the room, fridge toaster, hot water jug, coffee machine. Cutlery for two or three persons, SAT TV. Internet access, safety deposit box. Air condition, bathroom W/C shower - two of the apartments have bath tubs. Two apartments have easy access for handicapped guests. Pets are welcomed. House is centrally heated for winter period. On request, we can provide daily cleaning of the rooms, laundry, and for some special occasions like anniversaries or birthdays, special tableware and dishes. Prices are per unite:
